Prof. Camila de Oiveira has bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from the University of São Paulo (1995) and a PhD in Biology (Pathogen-Host Relationship Biology) from the University of São Paulo (2000). She is currently a researcher at the Gonçalo Moniz / FIOCRUZ Research Center and a permanent professor of postgraduate courses in Pathology and Health Sciences. She is also an adjunct professor at the Bahia Foundation for the Development of Sciences. He has experience in Human Parasitic Protozoology and Leishmaniasis and is dedicated to studying the Leishmania-Host-Vector interaction.
